Personal skills and qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;
	Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential &lt;br /&gt;
	Fluency in English (+ strong business English) is required&lt;br /&gt;
	Fluency in Swedish and Norwegian or Danish or Finnish&lt;br /&gt;
	Bachelor Degree in Business or IT related discipline is preferred (Alternatively, 2 years min of relevant commercial experienced is required)&lt;br /&gt;
	High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment&lt;br /&gt;
	Previous experience in Outbound Sales or Lead Generation role is an advantage&lt;br /&gt;
	Ability to self-manage, with strong organizational and planning skills&lt;br /&gt;
	Self- motivated to continuously expand personal and professional knowledge&lt;br /&gt;
	Ability to work in a high pressured, fast moving and challenging environment with a strong desire to work in sales&lt;br /&gt;
	Prior Hardware knowledge is an advantage.&lt;br /&gt;
