	To set objectives on the Partner accounts together with the LMS Manager and the Channel Management Team. &lt;br /&gt;
	Maintaining an up to date knowledge and awareness of License Management issues internal and external to Oracle. &lt;br /&gt;
	Establish marketing needs and partner selection together with the LMS Partner Manager &amp; Channel and execute as part of the Business Plan for the Fiscal Year.&lt;br /&gt;
ACCOUNTABILITIES: &lt;br /&gt;
	Research and analyze Oracle Partners within the designated account list &lt;br /&gt;
	Ownership of the license review process from initiation to completion working at all levels within the Partner and Oracle &lt;br /&gt;
	Own and drive the resolution of any issues as required &lt;br /&gt;
	Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant Oracle products, practices and procedures &lt;br /&gt;
	Operate in line with Oracles processes and procedures&lt;br /&gt;
QUALIFICATIONS: &lt;br /&gt;
	5 years + customer focused experience from within IT industry &lt;br /&gt;
	Experience with Oracle License Policies is key&lt;br /&gt;
	Commercial experience is an advantage &lt;br /&gt;
	Analytical skills and technical understanding is an advantage &lt;br /&gt;
	Familiarity with Oracle products and/or services is a requirement&lt;br /&gt;
	Ability to present to the company΄s board &lt;br /&gt;
	Strong influencing and negotiating skills (internal &amp; external) &lt;br /&gt;
	Building effective partner relationships &amp; building trust. &lt;br /&gt;
	Opportunity management: spotting &amp; creating opportunities. &lt;br /&gt;
	Result orientation. &lt;br /&gt;
	Strong communication skills both written and verbal.&lt;br /&gt;
