• 2-3 years high volume customer service skills &lt;br /&gt;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. &lt;br /&gt;
• Experience writing customer service correspondence. &lt;br /&gt;
• Excellent email skills including answering emails for Customer Service area &lt;br /&gt;
• Must be fluent in a foreign language with excellent written and oral English&lt;br /&gt;
• Proficiency in MS Office &lt;br /&gt;
• General Internet Experience &lt;br /&gt;
• Excellent communication skills &lt;br /&gt;
• Knowledge of poker an advantage though not essential &lt;br /&gt;
• Customer Service/ Call centre experience essential &lt;br /&gt;

Our client, based in Dublin, is currently looking for Korean, Cantonese, Japanese customer service agents to join their multicultural centre. &lt;br /&gt;
