Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
� Representing the company by being the first point of contact with our customers
� Guaranteeing an excellent Customer Service experience
� Ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
� Ability to meet targets and deadlines
� Must show excellent attention to detail
� Flexibility in working hours

Skills / Experience Required:
� 2-3 years high volume customer service skills
� Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
� Experience writing customer service correspondence.
� Excellent email skills including answering emails for Customer Service area
� Must be fluent in a foreign language with excellent written and oral English
� Proficiency in MS Office
� General Internet Experience
� Excellent communication skills
� Knowledge of poker an advantage though not essential
� Customer Service/ Call centre experience essential
� Self-motivated and results oriented

Our client, based in Dublin, is currently looking for Korean, Cantonese, Japanese customer service agents to join their multicultural centre.

You will be covering Night shift or Day shift / 4 days per week. (10 hours per shift)

Requirements:

1 to 2 years experience in a Contact Centre is Essential!
Fully fluent in English + Korean, Cantonese or Japanese.
You need to be eligible to work full time in Ireland.
