For our customer Microsoft we are looking for motivated Technical Support Specialists who want to become part of a new exciting project. The position will be accountable for day to day support of Partners, 3rd Party customers and Microsoft internal customers regarding user issues with a suite of new internal tools. The tasks range from User Administration and Error trouble shooting to the engagement with Line 2 and Line 3 support teams.&lt;br /&gt;

General Duties and Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;

• Providing excellent technical support to customers while maintaining a high level of customer care and keeping the customer informed about progress of case resolution.&lt;br /&gt;
