Key Responsibilities:  &lt;br /&gt;
 * Dealing with business and education sector customers you will receive incoming requests from customers looking to resolve issues relating to online web applications. &lt;br /&gt;
 * You will diagnose basic technical issues with web applications and aim to solve problems. You will be responsible for escalating more difficult cases accordingly &lt;br /&gt;
 * You will provide outstanding levels of customer service to worldwide application users, working to service level agreements &lt;br /&gt;
 * You will use the internal computer systems to log tickets and track actions and communication with customers &lt;br /&gt;
