Project Specialists are the ‘voice of Amazon’ for our customers through the writing, publishing and maintaining of customer-facing and internal documentation. We are looking for an individual with excellent sales, organization, communication, and technical skills to join the Google Enterprise Mid-Market Sales Team as our Italian Sales Manager. In this role, you will present the value of Google Apps to a large volume of prospective and existing Enterprise customers via email, phone and 1:N methodologies. You will be responsible for responding to customer leads, managing a customer pipeline, driving customers to commitment and pushing the deal all the way through to trial and close. You will also be responsible for analysing and designing more effective ways for us to communicate with our customer leads, implementing new initiatives to expand customer acquisition and analysing market dynamics to determine growth opportunities. You should be a polished communicator and should have a good understanding of Google Apps, cloud computing and our competitors. You will drive efficiency initiatives and make recommendations on ways to approach customer segments. Finally, you will also need to have a passion for Google and a commitment to providing customers with the best possible experience.&lt;br /&gt;
Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;

* Respond to incoming customer enquiries regarding their business-need for Google Apps products and translate into sales.&lt;br /&gt;
* Help achieve sales targets by leading customers through a sales cycle.&lt;br /&gt;
* Monitor customer feedback and translate customer needs into a better overall product experience, working with Product team.&lt;br /&gt;
* Increase effectiveness of tools and communication channels by recognizing opportunities for innovation and proactively implementing new systems and processes.&lt;br /&gt;
* Work with cross-functional partners to improve the product's vision and drive growth initiatives.&lt;br /&gt;

Minimum Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preferred Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Degree in Business with a strong technical background or a Technical degree (Computer Science) with a strong business background.&lt;br /&gt;
* Experience with forecast reporting and sales analytics.&lt;br /&gt;
