POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Workforce Management, Tracking & Controlling Consultant
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform workforce planning and tracking and controlling activities, such as:
• Add new agents in Teleopti system,
• Validate agents’ shifts, in order to plan operations adequately,
• Validate preferences in paying out overtimes for agents,
• Mailbox administration of changes / vacations for agents,
• Confirm if all nightly batches are completed (SAS based batches),
• Take local file and upload to dialer software
• Check for prior uploads in the system,
• Pull the data for workforce planning activities from system and conduct a pattern analysis,
• Allocate tasks to internal teams as per requested by the customer,
• Prepare forecast reports & presentations,
2. Collaborates inside the company with members of the same team or other teams in order to accomplish the alocated tasks,
3. Collaborates outside the company with client representatives, within the authority limits allocated by the direct manager,
4. Understand the business process and translate the requirements into technical solutions,
5. Participate to conference calls with the clients,
6. Support the effective daily operation of the business,
7. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures,
8. Design, create and schedule regular reports measuring productivity and efficiency of the team,
9. Act in maintaining the rigor in applying the official SOW’s formulas and requirements in the daily work of the team,
10. Participate and contribute to Green Belt and Lean projects,
11. Be an active part in internal new projects and come with new ideas & ways of executing them;
12. Be an active part in execution;
13. Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs;
14. Share best practices across teams;
15. Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks;
16. Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;
17. Updating the working procedures periodically;;
18. To carry out other functions and responsibilities determined by the Employer.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

1. Bachelor Degree;
2. Fluent in English
4. Good knowledge of SaS / SQL Database
5. Very good understanding of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
