RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Demonstrate the business benefits and value proposition of Oracle Siebel CRM OnDemand solutions to German business customers
- Match Oracle Siebel CRM OnDemand solutions to resolve business pains and challenges with German clients.
- Deliver online demonstrations of Oracle Siebel CRM OnDemand with the ability to show what is asked by German prospects.
- Develop sales by uncovering new opportunities in the German sales territory
- Create, drive and execute new business marketing campaigns to German client base
- Manage a number of complex sales opportunities at the same time utilising internal resources
- Win sales deals in a competitive environment to achieve and overachieve sales targets.
- Continuously be aware of developments in the IT industry

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven track record in a B2B sales environment
- Proven ability to sell total technology solutions to Enterprise customers
- Demonstrable over achievement of revenue goals.
- Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
- Fluency in English and German language
- Prospecting and/or new business background.
- Expertise in demand generation in new markets from campaign conception to deal closure.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn new sales skills and technologies ( SPIN, Sandler )
