Description:
Cpl is looking for an Online Sourcing Specialist to work within Innovative Sourcing Team(called Talent Innovation Hub) in Cpl within the Cpl Dublin city centre office. We are looking for someone with strong interest/experience in sourcing, research, online and social media. The ideal person, preferable needs to have some knowledge on how recruitment works, how to source and look for top talents as well as deal with different online/marketing tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Source for new talents and multilingual candidates across the different online/offline sources and tools, databases, systems, events....
• Identify new advertising opportunities and places to advertise our company and jobs
• Identify new marketing opportunities to promote the CPL brand and our jobs
• Administrative tasks
• Participate in the company and team social media strategy and tools
• Participate in new and stat up projects within different top large corporate organizations

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English and preferable fluent in one more language.
• University Degree International Exchange Program.
• Experienced in research, sourcing, recruitment, data analysis.
• The candidate must be passionate about the social media and online sector and have a strong knowledge/interest in this area.
• Extremely experienced with the new technologies and social media: preferable Facebook, Twitter, Dropbox etc.
• Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working.
• Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Stamp 4 or European Passport
