Your Responsibilities
· Responsible for servicing and maintaining a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
· Resolving client queries and issues effectively, re: technical financial issues.
· Managing large volume administrative workload.
· Developing strong, co-operative relationships with clients.
· Ensuring client retention through providing an excellent quality service.
· Be commercially driven to achieve financial target.
Education & Experience
· Financial Services experience - dealing with external clients and resolving queries via phone or email.
· Fluency in English and German (both oral and written).
· 3rd Level Qualification desirable.
Skills:
· Client Focused – you will be well used to interacting with clients to ensure issues are resolved to the clients satisfaction.
· Commercially driven and astute with the ability to absorb technical financial information.
· Experienced at dealing with large volume administration work.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Results orientated and highly motivated with an ability to deliver to set targets and deadlines.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
· An excellent working knowledge of Lotus, Excel and Word.
· Ability to work on own initiative (without supervision) with a friendly, flexible and adaptable approach.
