As a part of the customer support team of one of the biggest Airlines companies with more than 80 years of history, you will be responsible to:
Professionally handle incoming queries by customers via phone and email
Provide accurate, up to date information to the clients’ requests
The primary point of contact by thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and fulfill customer needs
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Fluency in GERMAN
Advanced level in English
Excellent communication skills
Friendly, vivacious personality with demonstrated experience owning customer issues
Self-motivated, target driven and outgoing person
Previous client relations experience and IATA certificate will be considered as a plus
