RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demand generation through outbound calls
- Activities associated with outbound calling include pre-call account investigation, account mapping, contact identification, pains / needs discovery, and solution matching
- Identify new sales opportunities and create a business pipeline meeting agreed quota.
- Pipeline creation should consistently meet or exceed targets
- Implement agreed action plan/s and forecast/s to ensure attainment of business objectives.
- Contribute individually to the Team targets, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and quality lead qualification
- Demonstrate a professional customer centric approach during all customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
- Fluency in English is essential + strong business english
- Successful completion of 3rd level education or equivalent experience At least 2 years experience of relevant commercial expertise.
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment.
- Previous experience in consultative / solution selling or demand generation is an advantage
- Ability to self-manage, with strong organizational and planning skills essential.
- Self- motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge.
- Ability to work in a high pressured, fast moving and challenging environment with a strong desire to work in sales.
- Knowledge of any Industry, applications and/or channels experience is an advantage.
