BMC Software are currently looking to recruit an ISD Business Development Representative (BDR)
Primary Focus
A BDR at BMC Software is responsible for the generation and assigning of high quality opportunities to the Field Organisation.
Responsibilities
Create qualified opportunities by outbound calling potential customers, and converting incoming customer enquires.
Collaborate with Field Sales Team on plan for pipeline generation within in a specific territory
Execute and follow up on Marketing Campaigns within your region and offer feedback on same
Continuously build network within new, existing & related organisations in order to identity new opportunities
Solid Opportunity qualification, extensive understanding of requirements and confident handling of objections.
Attend, absorb and utilise organised quarterly Sales and Technical training.
Over achievement of Pipeline, New Logo and revenue Targets. (Quarter and Annual)
Qualifications & Characteristics
Business degree or equivalent + one years outbound sales experience (desirable)
Fluency in English and German is essential
Team orientated with a self driven ego
Highly competitive
Multi tasking ability with attention to detail
Demonstrative communication and interpersonal skills
Ambition for promotion to a Field Sales role
Dynamic team player
Proactive, organized and responsible
Willingness to travel 2-3 days per quarter
Ready to succeed
