Job Title: Multi-lingual Customer Service Representatives

Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and/or email etc. in a friendly, responsive and efficient manner
- Consistent customer focus to ensure that absolute ownership is assumed during every customer contact
- Ensure that the highest levels of quality is maintained through adherence to agreed processes and SLA’s
- Proactively seek ways to improve both your own and your teams standards of customer service delivery
- Participate as an enthusiastic and supporting member of a highly focused customer service team
Candidates are required to have:
- A real passion for Customer Service
- At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
- Fluency in the English and German and French or German and Dutch language both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- Availability to work shifts
- A positive approach to teamwork
Hours of work:
Working hours are flexible between 8am and 11pm! We will have a shift that suits you.
