Our client is based in Castlebar Co Mayo. They were formed to fill a gap in the customer service industry, providing a first class call handling service to our clients, using the best people and technology available.
We are looking for people fluent in English, French and Spanish (candidates must have all three languages), with enthusiasm and energy, to join our clients existing customer service team. The role will be handling customer’s enquiries by phone taking full responsibility for their resolution and identifying/maximising cross selling opportunities. Full training will be provided for these roles.
Castlebar is supported by good infrastructure (28 miles from Ireland West Airport Knock) and 10 miles from Westport one of Ireland’s major tourist destinations.
This key role includes:
• Full ownership of customer queries, resolving them within the agreed timescales • Dealing with requests for information
• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Updating the client’s data-base
• Highlighting and closing additional cross- selling opportunities
• Translations
The ideal applicant will possess -
• Excellent communication skills in the specified languages (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to keep calm under pressure
• Accurate keyboard skills with attention to detail and good PC knowledge
• A team player with a good sense of humour
