Based at our new Sandyford location, D&B is creating an exciting and innovative centre of excellence. We will be working with leading edge, emerging technologies to create strong, customer focused interfaces for D&B products. We are seeking innovative, motivated and talented individuals to work in our fast paced growing operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Obtains and updates corporate linkage information through investigations conducted by telephone, email, Internet and/or other sources on the largest and highest exposure corporations.
2. Individually manage events which would impact a corporate linkage, e.g. mergers & acquisitions, linkage validation errors, validation of similarly titled organizations, etc. This would need to be completed in a timely fashion, while ensuring an accurate resolution for D&B’s customers.
3. Partner with other D&B linkage and operation teams to resolve customer linkage concerns.
4. Perform other related duties as assigned by management team.
Key Requirements
• Demonstrated aptitude for understanding corporate organizational structures, merger and acquisition activity and customer concern resolution.
• Strong time management, planning and organizational skills as demonstrated in current assignment. Excellent follow-up skills also required.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and other related PC knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Fluent in English and Belgian French, European Business Hours (UK & Continent)
