Company: Our client is the world’s leader in their industry with affiliated branches in nearly 100 countries. They have their customer service and sales operations in Cork from where they serve the whole of Europe.
Role: You will join their multilingual sales/call centre team being part of challenging inbound and outbound sales campaigns to existing members offering various products; Supplying customers with all the information needed and meeting personal and team sales targets in a weekly and monthly basis while delivering a high level of service.
Skills: You need to have an ability to handle challenging customer service and sales situations and an excellent telephone manner. Experience of working in a sales environment or call centre will be a distinct advantage. Only applications from trilingual Russian, Spanish and English speaking candidates will be considered for this position as you will be dealing with customers speaking these three languages.
