Company: Our client is a leading US Healthcare company with operations in over 30 countries worldwide. They have centralised their European operations in Ireland and manage their European IT Support, customer service and Financial Shared Services Centres in Dublin.
Role: This position involves managing their EMEA customers on a range of technical queries. Answering calls and emails, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technology and product queries.
Skills: The ideal candidates will have at least one year experience in a customer focused technical support or technical role and possesses native-level Turkish and English. In addition candidates with education or training in IT or Engineering are preferred as their products are technically complex.
