CPL, in conjunction with one of our top clients, an American multinational based in Cork, are currently hiring for a new Technical Support team for their European operations.
This is a new team, set up in the past 6 months which is yielding good results and experiencing significant growth. Successful candidates to join this team will be involved in aiding business clients throughout Europe with their online selling objectives.
To be considered for these positions, you will have fluent English, both written and spoken, and fluent French, both written and spoken. You will have previous technical support experience even at a junior level and have a strong interest in customer orientated activities.
Candidates will complete a short assessment before commencing wtih the company on the 6th September. This is initially a 13 week contract before being offered as a permanent position by the client.
