Description
Our client a large social networking site is seeking analysts to join its Online Sales Operations team. This team is dedicated to supporting and expanding the sites Online Sales advertisers. Team members will be responsible for demonstrating the value of our clients advertising solutions and providing pre and post sales support for all ad products. This position is full time and located in our Dublin office.
Responsibilities
Provide pre and post sales support for all Online Sales ad products
Help team to achieve revenue goals and advertiser acquisition targets
Gather customer feedback to enhance ad products and customer experience
Monitor and review ad products purchased
Identify trends to enhance the support process and improve team efficiency
Help grow the Customer Operations team in Dublin and the teams international focus
Requirements
Fluency in chosen language
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution, we are looking for Advertising, marketing, media and communication degrees
Critical thinker
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Avid Social Network Site user
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment a plus
Valid EU work authorization
For this position, we are currently looking for Italian, Norwegian and Arabic Speakers
