Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (at least 2 years)
- Preferable experience in Order Management
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be fluent in English+Spanish+Portuguese German+English or French+German+English.
- SAP knowledge is a real asset
