Role Description
The Sales Support Administrator will support a growing sales organization as part of his or her daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Processing bookings and purchase orders in relevant Client/Internal Systems
- Tracking, calculating and updating sales & commission reports
- Generation of quotations for internal sales team
- Quotation follow-up internally
- Liaise with other internal departments regarding all sales related matters
- Providing full administrative support to the Sales Department
- Client and Internal Systems Data Integrity
- Populates weekly reports as required, with supervision.
- Data Comprehension and Analysis, ideally experience with CRM systems
- Monitoring of sales order backlog and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues
- Organising all Customer Purchase Order Receipt, logging & distribution
- Support of manager & Team Lead on reports and process circulation etc.
- General back-up support of team.
- Proactively undertaking qualitative data accuracy checks
Skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage busy workload
- Excellent administrative and Organisational skills
- Strong IT skills
- Data Comprehension and Analysis, ideally experience with CRM systems
- A good working knowledge of PC’s is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent keyboard skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team players as well as being self motivated.
- An ability to work to deadlines
- Experienced and enthusiastic team player.
