They are looking to expand their multilingual HR department with dyna,ic and ambitious individuals.
Hebrew, Danish or Dutch Human Resource Consultant
You will be responsible for responding to employees and managers regarding complex and sensitive issues.
Responsibilities will include providing guidance regarding interpretation of policies and programs, employee counseling, equal employment opportunity, disability services, labor relations and/or new employee orientation. Investigates employee complaints and disputes, and recommends the company’s response. Educates new and current employees on employee relations issues. Liaises with legal department and other experts to effectively deal with possible conflicts related to employment practices.
