Our Cork office currently has a number of customer service roles for fluent German speakers. Our clients include globally renowned companies in the fields of ecommerce, online services and software manufacturing.
With headquarters around the world these Cork offices have become the centre of excellence as their European base and are looking for new people to join their ever growing teams. Successful candidates will have to be extremely customer centric with previous experience in the roles.
Technical Support level 2:
You will need 2-4 years Technical Support Experience. Strong Knowledge of Linux or Unix preferably or alternatively Windows. Experience in providing superior service oriented desktop support. Enjoys challenging troubleshooting and has strong attention to detail. Technical certificate qualification or higher. Salary approx 30-35K
Customer Service:
Strong customer focus needed, dealing with customer quires and troubleshooting problems. Proficient on using phones, emails, and computer savvy. Experience in telesales environment preferable.Salary approx 18-24K
Translation:
12- 18 months + experience in a translation role. Must have a degree in linguistics, translation or languages. An active interest in on line gaming. Salary approx 24-30K
All these positions are with leading multinationals based in the Cork area. All these roles require candidates to be a self starters and able to work independently while also being part of a great team environment.
