My client, one of the world's leading ecommerce specialists, currently require a number of fluent Italian Customer Service specialists for their Cork site. Successfull candidates will be involved in providing top level customer service to international businesses utilising the company's services.
To qualify for this position candidates must be hugely customer orientated, have excellent communication skills, as well as the energy and drive to ensure every customer issue is resolved in a timely manner. If you are someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a challenging and dynamic team this is the role for you.
Ideally we are looking candidates with previous customer contact experience from a call-centre/ retail environment and strong proven communication skills.
Applicants must be fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written) and be able to commit to the position until January 2011. Depending on performance, there will be opportunities to extend this contract and even be considered for permanent positions.
Full training will be provided for successful applicants.
