My client in the Monaghan / Cavan area is looking for a French / Italian Customer Service Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking customer calls, helping the customer find the right solution and recording the call.
- Updating and issuing the work schedule from the customer request log each morning.
- Liaise with New Product Development team in the design process to ensure customer issues with previous products are noted.
- To the point of contact for all day to day communication with French and Italian customers.
- To support the Europe Sales Director as necessary with sales information, statistics, reports, e-mails and technical support.
- Some foreign travel will be required.
