Our client is seeking a talented Planning and Service Delivery Manager for a permanet role in Dublin.
This role will involve the resource planning, demand and supply management and monitoring of all areas for the European Services Centre to delivery and exceed Service Level Agreements and continually improve all processes.
Responsiblities:
- Provision of service delivery and the resolution of issues across all service lines.
- Optimise resource planning to ensure delivery of Service Level agreements.
- Management of rotas and employee rotations to ensure Service Delivery.
- Drive strong relationships with the operations teams, management team and agents.
- Instil a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements and highlight any areas for review.
- Deal with adhoc change requests from clients that require pricing and planning.
- Ensure effective operation of SOX processes and controls, retention of evidence for testing and maintenance of process documentation.
Experience required:
- Fluency in German, Czech, Slovak or Spanish.
- Experience in planning workloads and implementing methods to ensure work is completed tracked and reviewed.
- Experience in Customer Services, Human Resources or Shared Services environment.
- Experience of managing and resolving issues while creating 'a great place to work'
- Exposure and knowledge of SAP CRM and HCM advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate effectively and proactively in a client service environment.
- Understanding and knowledge of six sigma methodology is desirable
