This position represents a superb opportunity for Finnish speaking IT sales professionals to move their career to the next level with the worlds largest Enterprise Technology company ORACLE CORPORATION. Working with some of the most talented individuals in the IT industry, this position is based in Oracle Corporations European sales operation in Dublin, Ireland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works in an agreed and coordinated manner with the Oracle Database Field Sales representatives in the Finnish Territory
Directly manages and leads deal cycles with existing and new Finnish customers
Actively participates in regular pipeline and accounts reviews, with their counterpart(s) within Oracle Database Field Sales.
Generating and following up on opportunities, including qualifying and prioritising opportunities with Finnish customers
Interacts with sales team(s) (incl. Pre-sales & I-tech) to architect the solution and develop and execute solutions strategies for market.
Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities.
Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility.
Builds and maintains a network of up to date specific industry or product knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven track record in an IT sales environment
Fluency in Finnish and English languages
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Thorough understanding of the sales process /cycle
Team player who can motivate and lead.
Presentation and product demonstration experience
