Are you bilingual and have experience in customer service or technical support?
Customer Services agents with fluency in German or Swiss German or Austrian German or Finnish or Swedish are required for Multinational company based in Dublin and Cork.
Full time permanent position available immediately.
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for responding to a wide range of customer calls regarding all aspects of our client’s service,
• The role involves using excellent customer service skills and a wide range of IT systems and processes to resolve customer’s queries
• Updating & maintaining databases and systems
• Completing administrative duties
Requirements:
• Bilingual German or Swiss German or Austrian German or Finnish or Swedish + English
• Experience working in a Customer Service or technical support, call centre environment
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service with a confident and professional manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technically savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
