Our client, a large international company, is seeking to recruit a Hebrew Speaking HR assistant for their offices located in Dublin
The Job Role
Seasoned HR professional, responsible for responding to employees and managers regarding complex and sensitive issues.
Specific responsibilities may include providing guidance regarding interpretation of policies and programs, employee counselling, equal employment opportunity, disability services, labour relations and/or new employee orientation.
Investigates employee complaints and disputes, and recommends the companys response. Educates new and current employees on employee relations issues. Liaises with legal department and other experts to effectively deal with possible conflicts related to employment practices.
The Candidate
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Demonstrates the highest degree of integrity and discretion.
Meets or exceeds all published standards measured monthly and YTD.
Thrives in a team environment, and demonstrates a positive attitude
Communicates appropriately with all levels of employees, managers, vendors and former employees.
Strong customer service orientation, with specialized knowledge of Employee Relations processes and policies and company policies and practices
Excellent problem-solving, inquiry management, investigatory and issue
resolution skills
Proactive and solution focused with an ability to deal effectively with difficult interactions and tough issues
Ability to use technology and multi-task
Interest in trends in HR, employee relations, and industry
Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrates effective listening, probing and investigatory skills with the ability to synthesize data collected and identify the root problems/causes
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders at all levels in the
organization
Able to manage high workloads & competing priorities
Able to operate effectively & proactively in a "client" service environment.
Experience or understanding preferred on enabling technologies and how they work within a customer service business environment.
Attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless delivery and documentation of inquiry notes and resolution.
operated in multi-jurisdictional (pan-European, pan-Asian) environment
Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
