Our client is looking for Customer Support Agent based in Dublin
Our client's business idea is to offer a wide variety of top notch online gaming products in a secure and user friendly environment.
In a Smart and modern office in Dublin, we are now looking to recruit Customer Support Agents to help assist the customer database
The support agents must be fluent in English in speaking and in writing and fluent speakers in Chinese or Korean.
EXAMPLES OF TASKS:
• Various day-to-day activities, including answering phones, emails and chats and providing assistance to clients and sales staff.
• Generate reports.
• Translate promotional texts.
• Serve as primary customer interface to our customers.
Wanted qualifications:
• Experience in handling queries and in-person customer service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Good typewriting skills.
• Internet knowledge.
• Must possess the ability to work well with a highly self-directed team of associates.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
• Ability to carry out oral and written instructions. If you are interested in working for a fast paced company in an international environment.
