Oracle University is responsible for selling and delivering complete training covering Oracle's growing family of products and related areas. Oracle University works closely with customers and Oracle software developers to develop adequate and relevant training. Training addresses each layer of Oracle technology from the customer's database to a range of specific business applications.

Oracle University Direct is our sales centre representing 25 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In a truly multicultural environment 350 talented professionals from throughout Europe interact in 20 different languages with current and future Oracle customers using latest internet technologies. The Account Managers responsibilities consist of selling education products and services to new and existing Oracle Clients..

Responsibilities:
• Existing Account Management working with some of the largest and most technologically advanced companies in the world.
• New Account development - identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements.
• Working with and developing relationships with Oracle License, Oracle Consulting, Oracle Alliance and Channel Partners to drive revenue and maximize customer service.
• Define the marketing strategy generation through Product and Country Specific campaigns.
• Implement a Sales Strategy on dedicated accounts in order to maximize revenue for Oracle University.
• Working as part of an Internal Sales team, each salesperson will be allocated to work with a sales territory or industry.
• Work closely with internal sales support, deliver new account business from a defined list of prospects.
• Working closely with the Education Sales Consultant to maximize revenues from a list of existing Oracle customers.
• Define, develop and deliver effective prospect/customer session such as web based on live demonstration presentation and workshops.
• Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Manager
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly target

Personal skills and qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferably in an IT or Education environment.
• Proven track record in Sales with an overwhelming desire to succeed and to maximize personal earnings.
• Strong grounding in all aspects of professional selling especially, in prospecting, needs analysis, solution design, negotiation and closing.
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment.
• Self-motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge.
• Ability to work in a high pressured, fast moving and challenging environment.
• Professional with good organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and persuasive skills, both written and verbal
• Outbound calling experience
