Telesales Executive with Fluent German
Location – Dublin 6
The Atlanco Rimec Group has developed to become a truly multinational organisation and is a market leader in delivering labour solutions to European companies, within the Construction & Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical, and Industrial & Food sectors.
We are now looking to recruit a Telesales Executive for our German market. This role will be based at our Dublin Head Office and will suit an ambitious and target driven individual.
The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director for Germany, this position will involve market research and cold calling of potential clients within Germany. You will be responsible for developing knowledge of the Atlanco Rimec Group and its services and to generate quality appointments.
Responsibilities:
o Uncovering sales opportunities and qualifying leads
o Pro-active sourcing of new customers and business by making outbound calls using qualified data
o Appointment setting for the senior sales team
o Developing our client database through background work, market research and sales campaigns
o Meet and exceed targets
o Reporting potential pipeline on a weekly basis
Skills and Experience:
o 1-2 years cold calling and sales experience, preferably business to business
o Fluency in English and German
o Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
o A good understanding of working within a telesales environment
o Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative
o Excellent telephone manner
