Responsibilities
The Successful Candidate will be involved in a variety of Activities including
• Data Mining and Analysis and Reporting
Extract Data from a number of our client’s and various other service Providers databases.
Analyse resulting data to define throughput/leadtimes/service provider’s performance.
Issuse Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports on DC performance.
Initiate improvements in Reporting of Service Providers Performance .
Continue Report automation initiatives in Conjuction with Business Intellegence Group, Regional Supply Managers, and other Stakeholders.
• Supply Chain Process Improvement Initiatives
Participate in process improvement initiatives in our supply chain, both reviewing deployment stratagy, and warehouse processes.
Provide Analysis on historical and recents trends to help the business to make the correct Deployment Decisions.
Skills & Experience
• Relevant/similar experience is a distinct advantage.
• Experience in Keynote or Powerpoint a requirement.
• Knowledge of SAP is a distinct advantage.
• Strong Presentation & Negotiation skills required
• Advanced Excel and database experience a must.
• Ability to work in an information-sensitive environment.
• Team player with the ability to work in a changing environment.
• Motivated and organised with the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills and good verbal communication is a prerequisite for the role.
• Ability to use discretion and work on own initiative.
• As this job is in direct relation to order volume, flexibility is required and will occasionally involve work outside normal business hours and at weekends.
