Our client, a large multinational company based in Shannon is looking for talented individuals to be part of their technical support team.
They are looking for 15 Japanese Technical Support / Customer Service agent.
Shannon is a nice little village located 10 minutes away from the international airport of Shannon and 30min from Limerick, the 3rd Irish city.
You will be working in a very nice environment being part of a new multilingual team (20 people / 7 languages)
You will have to assist customers over the phone and by email, anwaering all their questions and solving their problems. You will also have to provide technical support for them.
Permanent Contract
Salary of 21K
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Requirements:
- Please note that to work in Ireland, you would need a work permit holder, so please mention if you have one or not / or you need to have a European passeport
- Excellent communication skills
- The wish to learn IT
