RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for a consolidated demand generation calendar to meet defined pipeline generation and revenue targets, taking into account both regional and product priorities in support of the inside sales strategy and goals.
• Driving the campaign planning process, involving key senior stakeholders in business development, sales and sales management, aligning with software demand generation plans where possible.
• Ensure full engagement of inside sales teams in relevant campaigns via ongoing communication and full involvement in the Inside Sales management team.
• Activities may include: co-ordination of all contributors to campaign delivery; delivering campaign briefings, continuous improvement in contacts lists and campaign content, reporting on results of campaigns and successes, assessing campaign effectiveness, recommending areas of improvement;
• Review business gap analysis by country and by product area and plan demand generation accordingly.
• Define campaigns linked to those product areas to meet business goals.
• Promoting best use of demand generation tools within sales teams, and sharing of demand generation best practice between countries and teams.
• Working with EMEA Marketing and cluster/country marketing teams to guide the marketing execution of some campaigns.
• A central Analysis and Execution team in OD Sales Programs supports the Sales Programs Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in international business development marketing and/or sales, in a high tech environment.
• Strong leadership, networking, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong skills in running programmatic campaigns across multiple teams
• Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach to demand generation through inside sales teams
• Knowledge of Software business models and drivers an advantage
• Ability to understand and analyse the industry and market.
• Proactive, creative and innovative thinker.
• Professional with strong planning and analytic skills.
• Motivation to continuously expand personal professional knowledge.
• Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment, ideally with experience in start-up situations
• Proven track record of strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to self manage, with strong organisational & planning skills essential
• Sufficient fluency in English to take on training information.
• Fluency in English and Spanish and Portuguese languages
• Third level qualification; Marketing qualification an advantage
