Our client, a large multinational company based in Shannon, is looking to expand the Greek team.
They are looking for GREEK customer service agent.
This is a permanent contract and the salary is 19000€ per year.
The starting date is AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and you will be part of a new team of 40 people involving 17 languages.
The company can help with relocation. You will have to pay for your flight and our client will refund you up to 150Euro a couple of weeks after / also they will offer you one week accommodation in a b&b
Our client will offer you the health insurance so that you will be covered.
The role involves answering inbound calls and emails - providing quality quality customer service and order management.
For this role, you will need to have strong communication skills and very good English.
You will have to do 2 interviews (1st interview on the phone and 2nd through Skype).
Please note that it is an urgent role so if you will need to make yourself available quickly to be able to start within 2 or 3 weeks max (please indicate in cover letter how long you need).
