Our client based in West Dublin, is the global leader of documents related solutions products and services.
They are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent with fluent Norwegian and / or Swedish.
Job Purpose:
Customer Service agents are asked to support key customers accounts by providing relevant services on all queries.
Main Responsibilities:
• Be the primary contact for customer on all escalations
• Handle telephone calls/emails and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers
• Facilitate or escalate customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain accurate database information with software applications
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Minimum of 6 months experience working in a contact centre environment, dealing with customers
Accurate, attention to detail
Fluency in Norwegian and / or Swedish and fluent English is essential
