About our client:
Our client is a global leading network leisure vacation national provider to the travel worldwide industry.
About the job:
Main responsibilities:
•Answering member’s incoming telephone calls.
•Supplying members with all the information needed concerning their travel requirements.
•Selling accommodation exchanges including as many company products as possible.
•Making outbound calls to members persuading them to renew membership.
•Meeting personal and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Skills required:
•Ideally, candidates should have at least 6 months experience in a call-centre or sales environment or customer care position.
•Travel industry or customer service background would be desirable.
•Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian near native level is essential
•A good understanding of English is required (training is done in English)
