Our client, a large multinational company based in Shannon is looking for talented individuals to be part of their technical support team.
They are looking for Turkish or German Speaking Technical Support Agent.
You will be working in a very nice environment being part of a new multilingual team (20 people)
For this role, you will need to have very good IT skills as you will have to provide technical support and assistance to a number of issues.
You will have to provide support to their customers on products, systems, peripherals and software.
You will technically learn a lot!
Permanent Contract
Salary of 21K (1620 EURO after tax per month)
The company can help with relocation
Starting date: 31st of May
Requirements:
- Fluency required in one the languages above and English (both oral and written)
- Very good computer skills (hardware/software/network)
- Excellent communication skills
- Work permit
