Preparation of US GAAP Accounts on a monthly basis for a EAM Commercial Entity(ies)
· Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations & Review.
· Inter-company Processing and Reconciliations
· Develop & Maintain Good working relationships within Shared Services Centre and local Management
· Prepare the information requested by internal and external Auditors & deal with queries arising.
· Ensuring the integrity of internal financial controls
· Develop knowledge of the markets serviced by the General Ledger team
· Assist with the Statutory & Fiscal requirements
· Projects & Other Responsibilities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
§ Educated to Degree level or equivalent
§ Fluency with Spanish
§ Qualified Accountant or actively working towards professional qualification
§ Minimum of 4 years experience working within a medium sized company
§ Strong knowledge of accounting.
§ Knowledge of US GAAP
Essential Skills and Abilities:
§ Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
§ Good analytical skills
§ Proactive nature
§ Knowledge of SAP desirable
§ Reasonable skill level on Excel, Word & Outlook
§ Working knowledge of Spanish an advantage
§ Available to travel to the various EAM local offices as required.
