We are currently looking for a Swedish with Finnish IT Helpdesk support to join their multilingual team.
About the job:
Primary role will be to provide resolution to Help Desk service requests within a timely manner and to demonstrate technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
Main responsibilities:
• Demonstrate and promote superior customer service in handling enquiries, problems, and complaints
• Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail, etc. providing technical support and problems solving abilities
• Analyse customer problems and formulate plans of resolution
• Assist in evaluating new products and technologies introduced at the helpdesk
Skills required:
• Fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English both verbal and written
• Previous Helpdesk experience and solid IT background
• Ability to work under pressure by handling multiple assignments simultaneously
