Spanish/Portuguese Claims Officer
Experienced Claims Officer required for leading insurance company based in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English and have a strong interest in progressing their career further within the insurance field
Responsibilities
• Assess and process international claims within the PPI portfolio
• Process and decision claims
• Maintain an individual internal quality level
• Check Claims transfer request forms and sign off monthly confirming accuracy
• Manage day to day customer relations with Third Party Administrators and Finance Partners
• Ensure 24 hour turnaround in all claims processing
• Present suggestions for reviewing and updating procedures to the Claims Supervisor and implement any upgrades to procedures as they are signed off.
• Assisting the Claims Supervisor in ensuring that all training documentation for the department is up to date
Required
• 2 years experience in Claims Admin capacity
• Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese and English
• Exposure to and knowledge of PPI
• Exposure to Life and Medical claims
