My client, the world's leading Social Networking website, is currently recruiting for their European HQ in Dublin. You will work in a creative and dynamic environment in a company that innovates and inspires. They are seeking:
User Operations Analysts: who will be responsible for communicating trends in User behaviour and solving user queries as well as working on projects
Online Sales Operators:who will be responsible for pre and post sales support for advertising clients
Ideal candidates will have
- customer service/online experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Third level education is preferred
- A passion for social networking
- The ability to work in a team
This is not a telephone based or call centre role
You will be part of a start up environment and will be required to be flexible, use your initiative and think on your feet.
