Our client, specialised in holidays and vacations, is currently looking for:
An Italian speaker with fluent English and French/German or Spanish.
A French speaker with fluent English and Italian/German or Spanish.
Role purpose:
- Taking calls from customers and solving their accommodation and travel related queries.
- Be responsible for handling accommodation queries for customers and members during or prior to their vacation.
- Resolution of member queries and administrative duties
- Handle accommodation problems for members during or prior to their vacation
- Inform members of any changes in accommodation arrangements either by phone or letter
- Administration of compensatory payments where applicable
- Handling Check-in problems when required
- Report activity of the department on a daily and monthly basis.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian or French with high proficiency in English.
• Must speak a third language: Preferably German or Spanish.
• At least six months customer service experience
Compensation and benefits:
• Salary of €21,500 + commission + €1,270 for additional language (exclusive of English and Finnish).
• Relocation package: Flight(s) to Cork, 12 nights accommodation in a local Hotel, Per Diem of €13 for the first 30 days (paid out in a lump sum payment of €390 usually at the end of the 2nd week here once a bank account has been opened).
