Our client, based in Cork, is currently recruiting for a Finnish Travel Agent.
Role purpose:
The role of the Travel Agent is to sell a variety of travel products by handling inbound and outbound travel calls from Finnish Members.
Responsibilities:
• To ensure all travel sales and service calls are courteously and efficiently handled within the departmental standards
• To sell travel itineraries/products to members including as many preferred company products as possible.
• To ensure all necessary bookings and documentation are completed accurately.
• To provide specialist advice to members on all products and services.
• To ensure all regulations relating to the travel industry are adhered to.
• To ensure all members have all necessary information regarding travel requirements (e,g, visas, passports, etc).
Requirements:
• Fluency in Finnish with high proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 6 months previous Travel Agency experience
• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a sales role
• Candidate must have experience in International travel
"Booking Flights" experience is ESSENTIAL
