My client is a leading global healthcare products company; they are offering an extensive medical product line and deliver of innovative healthcare solutions to their customers. Due to expansion in Ireland there are looking to recruit an experienced Bilingual German & Polish Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. If you have previous 2yrs customer service experience in fast changing environment, this could be an excellent opportunity for you!!!!
Main responsibilities
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Processing internal and external queries and orders and other services
• Processing invoices and credit notes
• Dealing with customers delivery queries and complaints
• Data entry duties
• Providing an excellent level of internal and external communication
• Collaboration with internal and external teams to meet objectives
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, highly motivated and keen to deliver innovative solutions and develop existing skills in a professional multi-cultural environment
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service /call centre environment
• Must be fluent in English, German and Polish
• Strong attention to details and accuracy
• Drive for results with good problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good PC and reporting skills
