Fluent German & Polish Customer Service Rep
Our client is looking to expand their Customer Service Team and are looking for someone with both Fluent German & Fluent Polish to join their team.
Do you speak BOTH languages fluently?
The Job:
• Provide a high level of customer service to all customers
• Respond to orders, General customer inquires
• Invoice questions,
• Customer complaints.
• To provide
Main Responsibilities:
• Process orders daily for assigned client group
• Advise customers on new collections, out of stock items, and make recommendations on alternatives
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all customer orders, queries, and issues received by phone and email
• Provide support to Sales Representatives in the field on customer issues
• Ensure the customers receive new promotional materials
