Our client, a large multinational company based in Shannon is looking for talented individuals to be part of their support team.
They are looking for 1 Portuguese Technical Support Agent to start as soon as possible.
The position is a mix between Technical Support and Customer Service for Sony (Sykes' client). The customer service part would involve dealing with Sony clients who have a product in the repair centre of Sony, so it is a lot of order management duties. The technical support part would involve solving technical problems coming from the users of the Sony VAIO laptop.
Shannon is a nice little village located 10 minutes away from the international airport of Shannon and 30min from Limerick, the 3rd Irish city.
Permanent Contract, Salary of 21K + health insurance (salary paid twice per month), The company can help with relocation
Starting Date: as soon as possible - PLEASE indicate in the cover letter how long do you need to relocate (ideally you will have to start immediately: 1 week maximum)
Requirements for the roles:
- Fluency required in Portuguese and English
- Work permit
- Good IT knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
