Our client, a large multinational company based in Shannon is looking for talented individuals to be part of their new technical support team.
They are looking for 2 Finnish Technical Support Agent.
Shannon is a nice little village located 10 minutes away from the international airport of Shannon and 30min from Limerick, the 3rd Irish city.
You will be working in a very nice environment with dynamic profesionnals coming from everywhere in Europe. The starting date is on Monday 15th of March and you will be part of a new multilingual team (20 people / 7 languages)
For this role, you will need to have very good IT skills as you will have to provide technical support and assistance to a number of issues.
You will have to provide support to their customers on products, systems, peripherals and software.
You will technically learn a lot!
Starting Date: 31st of May
Permanent Contract
Salary of 21K
Requirements:
- Fluency required in Finnish and English (both oral and written)
- Very good computer skills (hardware/software/network)
- Excellent communication skills
- Work permit
